The Current Recommended Fee for Psychological Services set by the Australian Psychological Society is $300 for a 45-60 minute appointment.

The standard fee for our Registered Psychologists is $215

The standard fee for our Principal Psychologist is $235

All appointments booked at or after 5 pm on weekdays will incur an additional $20 after-hour surcharge.

We provide services to NDIS participants according to the NDIS schedule of fees, which is currently $222.99.

We know you value your sessions with your psychologist and understand that due to life circumstances, you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. When you do need to cancel/reschedule, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible. This will help us reschedule your session sooner to reduce the time between appointments. Additionally, this gives us more of an opportunity to be able to fill any appointments so you avoid payment of fees.
You are able to make changes to your appointment outside of the cancellation period without a fee. We only charge a fee if you require to reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice, and we are unable to fill it.
As such if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the cancellation period, a fee will apply in the instance that we are unable to fill this appointment. Cancellation fees are as follows:
We require more than 2 business days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling within 2 business days' has a 50% of the usual session fee applied.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling within 1 business day has 100% (or the full fee) of the usual session fee applied.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, do not call us to cancel / reschedule outside the cancellation notice period above, or you contact us to cancel your appointment once your session has commenced, 100% of the appointment fee is charged.
If you do not attend two consecutive appointments, your Clinician reserves the right to cancel future appointments and refuse further services.
If a third party is paying for your consultations, then the non attendance fee will be payable by yourself personally unless otherwise stated on your Service Agreement.
