We do not offer bulk billing at our clinic, but we do accept Mental Health Care Plans, and you can receive a Medicare rebate on the cost of your session. You can obtain a mental health care plan from your GP.

Do you bulk bill?
Sessions are 51 minutes in length.
Your Psychologist will have 60 minutes put aside for you and this will allow them to spend the additional time completing any administrative tasks outside of your time with them.
How long do sessions go for?
We are able to provide both video and phone appointments for clients, depending on the psychologist. Initial appointments are scheduled to be attending in clinic for your psychologist to meet you and ensure telehealth is appropriate.
Do you provide telehealth?
Our psychologists’ schedules vary but we current have appointments from Monday to Thursday.
Although we try our best to get you the time and date you need, it may not always be available. We recommend booking ahead of time to hold the dates and times you prefer.
What days and times do you have appointments?
Everybodies therapy journey is different so frequency of appointments does vary.
Your psychologist will discuss in sessions how often they recommend coming, and work around what you are comfortable with.
How frequently do I have to come?
Are you NDIS Registered?
We are not NDIS registered but can accept NDIS plan or self managed.

Do you accept Work Cover?
Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not have any psychologists registered to be able to accept referrals under Work Cover.
