Carissa is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who provides evidenced-based intervention and assessment to children, adolescents, and adults. Carissa approaches her work with a spirit of collaboration and compassion, using a strengths-based approach in therapy. Carissa is an empathetic and warm psychologist, who places value on a client-centred approach to her work.

Carissa has experience supporting clients across the life-span, who may be experiencing a range of different mental health difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional difficulties, autism, ADHD and trauma. Carissa has experience with working with children, adolescents and their families experiencing complex mental health difficulties. She also has experience working with the older adult population, in the management of anxiety and depression.

Carissa has experience utilising a range of evidenced-based modalities including:
